Hello.....have same problem with screen stuck on Red Motorola Dual Core screen. Have tried previous suggestions with no luck. Then went to Android recovery mode to initiate Factory reset, but received the following:
Wiping data
Perform BP clear
BP clear failed
Formatting/data
Formatting/cache
Data wipe complete
Then it went to the screen where I selected "Reboot system now". It started to reboot, but the got stuck on the Motorola Dual Core screen again.
I have the Verizon 4G Xoom and I am not rooted. Any ideas about what to try next? Thanks.
