although I've been using my xoom for a while now I still don't know how to do some things. I have a "missing manual" and still cdnt find an answer to my question. Everytime my xoom locks after a 5 minute period I must tap in a pin number and I don't know how to cancel it. I go to security-screen lock-and to the screen that says to "confirm your pin" I dont see a place where I can cancel the pin. tks for any help.

few days ago send me a message that an update be ready for installation. give ok and then start charging new update. after that restart and stay on a black screen. I have this installed before version 4.0.1

Unroot and Stock Xoom
Hi All,
I have tried to follow Astrix old guide for unrooting and return to stock for my Euro Wifi Xoom but at the:
1. Download the EasyADB(SDK_tools.zip): here
2. Extract the SDK_tools.zip files
3. Copy the extracted SDK_tools folder
4. Navigate to the root of your PC C: drive
5. Paste SDK_tools folder to the root of your PC C: drive
The downloaded zipfile does not contain SDK_tools folder once extracted?
Can I just use easyadb without SDK tools?

Help: How to recover deleted data XOOM
Yesterday, I flashed an new ROM to my XOOM with CyanogenMod Installer app. I followed the exactly as a tutorial video did. But the process failed at the last step during ROM installation,maybe caused by some network error. When I powered on my device today, all of the data were gone, like a factory rest.
Does anyone know how to get the data back? Is there any chance to successfully recover it? Thanks

Problem Flashing Stock Rom, MZ601 ...
Hey guys ,
I installed 4.1 EOS on my Xoom previously, now I wanna revert back to stock ICS .
So, I was flashing as per the forum posted ( by senior ).
But no matter what , the 4.1 rom isn't getting off my xoom's head .
I tried unlocking , formatting data, wipe chache , wipe dalvik like 10 times .. In Vain
When i try to flash stock roms , INSTALLATION ABORTED ... i get this disappointing result .
I erased EOS , installed cyanogen 10 everest ,still same result ...
Can u please help me up guys .. ive searched every forum ,did accordingly , but this thing is like ghost ..:furious:

Xoom will not boot up to welcome screen but only display red logo icon
I have a Moto Xoom 1st generation with 3G+ wifi with ICS. It is now not booting up to its welcome screen but will only charge up and display the red Moto icon. I dont want to be doing anything that might cause me to lose date already stored on it, especially some pics ive taken with it. I need some help to bring the tablet to boot back to normal. Android 3.1 Update for Verizon Motorola Xoom 3G?
Has anyone with Verizon Motorola Xoom 3G tablet updated to Honeycomb 3.1 which is available to all Verizon Motorola Xoom today. What are the new features of this update. Did they fix the SD card reader slot so you can use memory SD card yet on the Xoom. Image may be NSFW.

Reset tablet will not let me tap "I agree" to terms and conditions
Hi all,
After two or three years, I've done a factory reset on my Xoom1. All went well, put in my wifi password, my google account, but when it came to the page where I must agree to the Motorola terms and agreement....problem.
I read through the agreement, then tap "done". This presumably is supposed to highlight the "I agree" box, but only the words show, no highlight, no box to click.
Tapping on the words do nothing, and I cannot proceed to the next step until I accept the agreement.
I've done numerous resets with the power and volume keys, but I am brought back to this problem.
How do I overcome it?
