Can someone please help me. I my xoom will not boot up past the M logo screen, i've read other post and not of the fixes worked. I have removed the sd card. I did a factory reset. I cleared the cache. I am truly at a loss. Please help.

How do I get Soundhound to work on my Motorola Xoom?
I can download it but when I open it it says there is an error and there is 1 of 2 possible problems there is no space on my Xoom (which can't be right because I have 27 gigs) or I need to unistall and reinstall which I have tried mutliple times! Please help me.![]()

How to turn off text-to-speech? Have talkback off under accessibility.
I searched and found a link, but like that other poster I too have talkback turned off (under accessibility).

TeamEOS4 utms_everest file
Hi all, I was wondering if anyone still has the files for TeamEOS 4 utms_everest (the latest 172 is good ;))?
Tried downloading it from goo.im, but looks like the uploaded files are damaged (not checksum issue, the downloaded file checksum and the listed checksum matches).
The reason I needed it is because I have a HK version Xoom, trying to resurrect it after messing around with it and it seems the only ROM that would see the whole 32GB partition is this ROM.

Can't turn on mobile networks on my Motorola xoom mz601 3g
Hi all, I'm Sam from the UK, I have just bought myself a Motorola xoom mz601 3g when I turned the tablet on, it said no sim card inserted, so I turned it off and put my virgin sim card in, and now the no sim card inserted as gone. I only want to browse the internet as there is no wi-fi at work.
I have turned off wi-fi and turned on mobile data In settings I found wireless and networks, and there I see mobile networks, this glows when I touch it but nothing happens. Can any of you good people help me out here, as I am new to tablets and would appreciate any help, Many thanks Sam

Xoom and bathtubs do not mix
I knew better even though Im pretty new at all this tech stuff but yes, I was watching a movie on my xoom while enjoying my evening bath. Suddenly I noticed a slight screen flicker. I immediatly realised the corner, while resting on my chest had dipped water that had risen onto the same area.
I turned it off and suspended it with that corner pointing down. Far less than a teaspoon came out overnight.
I waited a day and started it. All looked good untill the screen stuck then went blank. I attempted to power down and the prompt did appear. After pushing yes several times and the prompt stayed on the screen. I thought it was perhaps because the battery was low. I plugged in the charger and let it charge overnight. Meanwhile a friend said to place it in a gallon zip bag with rice.
I did for 4 days and this morning I heard a notifcation beep like a low battery warning comming from it but the screen liiked as if it was off. I took it out and tried to plug in the charger and couldnt! A piece of rice is lodged in there! How can I get it out so I can charge it to determine if it works? I am really new so any help would be really be welcomed!

Won't power on and red led when power button pressed?
Hey guys. Just got my XYBoard 10.1 today. It powered up ok. Was low on battery so I plugged up the charger and was using it. Went into email and when I clicked on one the whole thing shut down and now I can't get it to come back on. Thought maybe I drained the battery or something so plugged it into my USB (that's all that came with it) for a couple of hours and it still won't power up. A red led flashes in the window to the right of the camera lens when I press the power button. No idea what that means. Didn't get a manual for it either. I tried the hold down the power button and volume button at the same time and nothing. Anybody know the what I hope is a simple solution to this? Thanks alot. :smile:

whats the best flash/browser for the zoom?
hi im having problems viewing the football streams on my zoom.its been ok for a while on puffin browser but not playing now.have tried dolphin and a couple of others ,with no joy ,although sometimes it will work but when i log out then on again its gone .any suggestions very welcome.

Can't flash any recovery or any ROM, when i install an apps it deleted after a reboot.
my xoom caracteristic:
- Recovery: TWRP v2.6.3.0 (RunAndHide05 Edition), I can not tell if it's a bigpart or no recovery. Also I am unable to change recovery is cwm or another version of TWRP. I always find my TWRP recovery v2.6.3.0.
- ROM omni: 4.4.2-20140102-1218 + 0100-wingray-HOMEMADE (I don't know if is bigpart rom)
- kernel:2.6.39.4-ElementalX-Xoom-2.1+
I searched but I could not find anything that could fix my xoom.
I even tried to restore the stock ROM with fastboot, flash the latest version of TWRP (but still the old one)
I also tried but RDSLite with no success
i looking for any solution to restore my xoom.
Other informations:
i tried adb shell and this command:
root@wingray:/dev/block # fdisk -u -l /dev/block/mmcblk0
fdisk -u -l /dev/block/mmcblk0

Well I want to go into recovery so I can flash an omni ROM for it. I follow the procedure stated on the Motorola website. Turn it off the hold down the power and volume down the let go and toggle to rotate switch nothing and I have tried various Alternative methods. I'm am used to Samsung divices and they seem to be much easier. Probably due to their popularity. Could some one help me in this regard. Honeycomb is so not very good on this tablet

Screen is usable, but half of it is blurry
Hi guys! My kid dropped the Xoom on the hardwood floor from the couch and exactly half of it went blue (or green, I can't remember) and blurry.
I smacked it again and it went normal for a second. After a reboot, it's usable. But half the screen is just slightly blurry. My kids don't seem to care, but it bugs me! Any help on this?
I have the 3g verizon xoom. I have not rooted it. Also, I haven't done anything save smack it in the back (lol) and restart it once. I'm not sure if I really want to take it apart without knowing exactly what to do, so I haven't yet.

Is there any method I can change the ID of my MZ604.
I wan to install an app but it is incompatible with my MZ604. The app is compatible MZ601.
So is there a method I can change the ID to MZ601 so I can fool the app.
